Refunds are only done incase of out of stock items in prepaid orders.
Cancellation of orders is unavailable.
Eligibility for Exchange in case of damaged and defective products:-
To be eligible for a exchange  your item must meet the following criteria:

You must have a opening video of the product.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
The return request must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the item.
There must be a issue related to damage to the product or a wrong product sent by mistake.
Exchanges are only processed if verified by us

Non-Returnable Items:-
Some items are non-returnable, including:
Items marked as “Final Sale.”
Undergarments or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
Items that have been altered, customized, or damaged by the customer.
Exchange Process:-
Message us on Instagram with your order ID and screenshot of your order , with opening video of the product, no tapes should be tampered with . 

Exchanges:-
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the exchange process and place a new order for the replacement item. We will process the new order promptly.
Exchanges are only allowed incase of damage or wrong item sent ,

Damaged or Defective Items:-
You must have a opening video of the product in original packaging.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within a day of receiving the item. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
